Depending on what we’re addressing, we may use techniques like NLP or Breathwork before moving into hypnosis. Your first session will include a 25–30 minute personalized hypnosis experience, often recorded with music so you can continue reinforcing the suggestions at home. Sessions typically last about two hours, leaving you rested, refreshed, and with greater clarity about your next steps toward lasting change.
