The Process
If this is your first hypnotherapy session, know that you’re in good hands. My top priority is helping you feel comfortable so you can experience a peaceful and productive session at your own pace.
We’ll begin by discussing your concerns, exploring the emotions and beliefs connected to them, and clarifying your goals so I can tailor the session to your needs. Depending on what we’re addressing, we may use techniques like NLP or Breathwork before moving into hypnosis. Your first session will include a 25–30 minute personalized hypnosis experience, often recorded with music so you can continue reinforcing the suggestions at home. Sessions typically last about two hours, leaving you rested, refreshed, and with greater clarity about your next steps toward lasting change.
